Room for rent in a 4 bedroom house in Bryan. It has its own full bath(master bedroom), king size bed and the house is fully furnished and so is the kitchen. We also provide a washer and dryer. The rent is $435 a month for the room plus 25% of the bills which are around $100 total a month depending on what time of year it is. High Speed internet is included in the rent and we currently have extended HD cable and DVR. The room is available immediately but August 1st would be ok and goes till May 15th 2010(we can work something out if this will not work for you). We have a large common t.v., a large fenced in backyard with a fire pit, there is a room with a projector and surround sound that we use as a movie theater.
